Precise or approximate location data is collected only with your explicit permission when: Pairing smart devices via Bluetooth/Wi-Fi, mapping physical light poles and street cabinets on our GIS map interface, or executing automated sunrise/sunset lighting schedules based on local coordinates.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion:

  • 1.Method 1 (In-App): Open the Skytech Smarthome or Citisys app > Navigate to Settings > Account > Select "Delete Account". Follow the on-screen prompt to confirm.
  • 2.Method 2 (Email Request): Send an email from your registered email address to sales@skytechnology.vn with the subject line "Request for Data Deletion". Please provide your account username or registered phone number.
  • 3.Processing Timeline: Upon receiving a verified request, we will permanently purge your personal account records and device association data from our active servers within 7 business days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our smart hardware and industrial software solutions are not directed toward children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so we can remove the information promptly.
